It's pretty crazy. Earlier episodes came out at more irregular intervals, but for recent years (actually, it's been quite a few years already), two episodes, each one hour long, comes out every Friday. There are 52 weeks in one year so that's 104 episodes a year. Right now the episode count is somewhere between 1300 and 1400. Yeah, 20 years. It’s pretty crazy.
